Drop-Off for On-Site Screening: Monday, October 3, 2022 or Tuesday, October 4, 2022, 11:00 am to 8:00 pm at 3rd Street Gallery in Carnegie

Notification of Acceptance: (via email or text) Wednesday, October 5, 2022 after 4:00 pm

Pick-up Unaccepted Work: (accepted work will stay) Wednesday, October 5, 2022,  4:00 pm to 8:00 pm or Thursday, October 6, 2022, 11:00 am to 8:00 pm

Opening Reception: Saturday, October 8, 2022, 5:00 to 8:30 pm

Ekphrastic Poetry Reading: (tentative) Friday, October 28, 2022, 5:00 to 8:30 pm

Artist Talk/Closing Reception: Saturday, November 12, 2022, 5:00 to 8:30 pm

Pickup Exhibited Work: Saturday, November 12, 2018 after closing reception

Gallery sitters will be needed. If work is accepted, members will be asked to gallery sit for three to six hour shifts on Friday 4 to 8 pm, Saturday 12 to 6 pm, and Sunday 12 to 6 pm for the duration of the exhibit.

Artists MUST pick up work at the scheduled time after the close of the exhibit. NO EXCEPTIONS. PSA will not be responsible for work left beyond the date of pick-up. Therefore, if you cannot pick up your work, you will need to make arrangements for someone else to do so. Remaining artwork will be charged for storage.
